- Orders
- Please place orders correctly, provide correct address including street name postcode and door number
- Provide name and surname
- If possible provide mobile number for delivery purposes only
- Due to operations we can contact you anytime to discuss your order
- Inform us if you need any special assistance (sickness or disability)
- Before placing order please see your location on our delivery map and ensure you are in our operations area
- Delivery
- Buyer must be present when delivery taking place
- If buyer can not take delivery in person must give a name of person taking delivery on buyers behalf
- If buyer is not present and there’s no one to take delivery we can leave item in dry safe place (porch/back garden/garage) buyer must inform us in writing (email or web chat, text message)
- Buyer must sign for item when delivered
- Delivery information will be provided 24 to 48 hrs before arrival
- Delivery details means delivery day and time, usually 4hrs slot, tracking link will be provided
- Tracking is generated 48-24hrs before delivery and its provided by DETRACK Proof of Delivery Software
- Delivery partner/our dispatch team will call or text you at least 15 min before arrival to your location on the day of delivery
- Make sure entrance/hall is clear when delivery taking place, drivers are not responsible for removing objects Eluks Group LTD do not take any responsibility if any damage acquired
- We do not use standard couriers therefore tracking will not be available when item dispatched
- We use specially trained transport company that specialises in heavy bulky goods
- We develop our operations to make sure you receive the best service and goods in perfect shape. We do door to door service which means your item doesn’t travel from one depo to another, instead the item is loaded in the morning and on the same day getting delivered to the buyer.
- Delivery time frame provided by marketplace partners may change and the buyer will be informed in advance.
- Delivery for Wardrobes
- ONE MAN delivery service to a ground floor only
- delivery to flats – delivery to ground floor only, if you are in the first floor and above driver can help you place item by your door we charge £30 for first floor and for any additional floor £10 charge apply
- delivery to a house – we place your item in the first available place on the ground floor only usually behind doorstep
- Item must be checked and if any damages found buyer must inform us with in 24-48 hours after delivery
- Mirrors must be check with a courier on the day of delivery
- If you miss your delivery slot – we charge at min of £45 to £60 depends on your location for re-delivery (no free re-attempts for heavy bulky goods)
- Assembly
- Wardrobes
- Delivered in flat pack for self assembly
- Follow instructions do not skip pages
- Do not use power tools
- Wardrobe must be assembled on the floor
- Assembly required at least two people
- Video instructions available
- Eluks Group LTD are not taking any responsibility for any errors made while assembling

- Returns
- Buyer Protection 30 day return policy:
- Item must remain unopened
- Item must be in original packing
- Item must be storage in dry safe place prior collection
- Item must be in resealable condition
- We can not accept return if:
- Item is built incorrectly and develop some errors
- Item have damages, we will replace damaged panels as soon as possible
- When item is build and you change your mind apply only to Wardrobes
- If you build item with damaged parts
- If any of modifications has been made
- Collections
- It is the buyer’s full responsibility to return the wardrobe at their own cost. We can offer our collection service, but fees will apply
- If you decide to use our collection service item must be ready and prepared before courier arrives
- We collect from ground floor only apply to Wardrobes
- Buyer must be present and sign for collection unless agreed to collect from safe place (we must be inform in writing)
- Mirror will be checked with a driver before collection
- Warranty
- Eluks Group LTD offering 12 months warranty on our products
- We are obligated to replace (panels) or repair product with in warranty period
- Warranty not covering for accidental damage
- Warranty is applicable only on correctly build items

We constantly improve our communication with buyers and we know that Customer Service is the most important part of retail business online. We put maximum effort to be in touch with you and answer all questions accordingly please be aware that due to busy periods it may take longer to reply than usual.
- Aseembly Service
- Assembly service incurs an charge, payable in cash only to the assembler proces available in product discription
- Customers will receive notification via email about the assembly day at least 24-48 hours in advance.
- Assembly and delivery are usually organized for the same day.
- Sufficient floor space must be available based on wardrobe size; details will be provided with the assembly notification.
- Assembly must occur in the same room, and failing to prepare it may result in a £60 call-out fee.
- Pets should be secured during the visit, and parking arrangements must be made ahead of time (registration number provided in assembly notification).
- Customers are responsible for disposing of waste (cardboard/foil).
- Additional charge for parking if applicable
- Due to the nature of the product, pre-assembled wardrobes are not eligible for return. Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect and ensure satisfaction with the quality before assembly
- ELUKS Group LTD does not assume responsibility for any accidental damage or improper usage that results in damage to the wardrobe
- ELUKS Group Ltd. is committed to providing excellent customer service and a warranty for assembled products, excluding damage caused by accidents or improper use
