Do you offer an assembly service for purchased furniture?
Yes, we offer an assembly service for an additional charge, payable in cash directly to the assembler. Assembly and delivery are usually scheduled for the same day, and customers will receive an email notification at least 24-48 hours in advance. Please ensure enough floor space is available, as assembly must take place in the designated room. Failure to prepare the space may result in a £60 call-out fee. Customers are also responsible for waste disposal, and any parking fees may apply. For full details, please check the product description.
How does the delivery process work, and are there any special requirements?
The buyer must be present during delivery or provide the name of someone authorized to receive the order. If no one is available, the item can be left in a dry, safe place (e.g., porch, back garden, garage) if requested in writing via email, web chat, or text. Delivery details, including a 4-hour time slot and tracking link, will be provided 24-48 hours in advance.
For large items like wardrobes, we offer a one-man delivery service to the ground floor only. Delivery to flats is to the ground floor, but assistance to upper floors is available for an extra charge (£30 for the first floor, plus £10 per additional floor). For houses, items will be placed just inside the doorstep. The entrance/hall must be clear, as drivers are not responsible for moving obstacles.
Buyers must inspect items upon delivery and report any damages within 24-48 hours. Mirrors must be checked with the courier at the time of delivery. For full details, refer to our delivery terms.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy under Buyer Protection. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unopened, in its original packaging, stored in a dry and safe place, and in resealable condition.
We cannot accept returns if:
